We are looking for a Care Manager (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to join Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
