Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Provide resident care in alignment with Sunrise Senior Living's mission and guidelines.
• Participate in risk management and maintain a safe environment.
• Contribute to team success through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Active CRMA certification in the State of Maine.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
