Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic I to join Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas in our beautiful campus setting.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (with on-call duties).
Compensation
$19.25 - $25.00 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with experience. Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt responses to maintenance work orders from residents.
- Contribute to enhancing resident living experience through problem-solving and repairs.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and community public areas.
- Maintain HVAC equipment with scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency response.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
- High school diploma or GED.
