Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create enriching experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, providing assistance with daily activities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' well-being, safety, and compliance with community standards.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
