Job Description:

The FOH Manager at Lariat Lodge Brewing will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily operations of our front-of-house facilities. This crucial role involves coordinating activities and fostering growth among staff, vendors, and guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience. FOH Managers are pivotal leaders who excel in communication and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff across all areas of the establishment.
  • Ensure the availability of adequate supplies and quality equipment.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, preparing reports for management.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering superior service.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints.
  • Regularly assess product quality and liaise with operations directors.
  • Schedule and supervise shifts, appraising staff performance for enhanced productivity.
  • Enforce sanitation and safety regulations to uphold standards.
  • Manage the restaurant's reputation and recommend improvements.
  • Promote staff education on products and ensure a hospitality-focused environment.
  • Interview staff and monitor hospitality standards during their LLBC tenure.
