Job Description

Mekiko Cantina is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As the General Manager, you will report to the Owners and lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee food preparation, customer service, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards for the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development and manage food and beverage costs.

Requirements
