Identity Governance Analyst

Job Description

The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for an experienced Identity Governance Analyst to join our team. As the Identity Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and managing digital identity processes, workflows, and entitlements to ensure security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage user on-boarding, off-boarding, access requests, approvals, and attestation processes.
• Collaborate with business and clinical staff to define and maintain user roles and entitlements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity governance issues.
• Maintain expertise in UVMHN digital identity platforms and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in information security and IT operations.
• Experience with Epic Security certifications and/or Electronic Health Record software is preferred.
