Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for our residents, ensuring their needs are met. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule in Baltimore, MD, as part of our committed team at Levindale Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
