Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and assisting in the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop individualized care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on a per shift, unit level.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
