Job Description
Join our team at LifeBridge Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) with weekend availability. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will be an integral part of a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that specializes in sub acute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume leadership responsibilities on a per-shift basis and unit level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
- Less than one year of experience required.
