Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care for residents, assist in daily operations, and take on leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Conduct basic physical assessments and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assume leadership duties as required during shifts.
- Utilize basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
