Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to residents and patients. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to deliver personalized care plans.
- Participate in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the residents' needs effectively.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
