Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join our healthcare team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an integral part of the nursing staff, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
