Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to our residents.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized long-term care unit with subacute rehabilitation services catering to residents with complex needs. Team members in Hall 1 play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and support to those in need.
Job Summary
The LPN will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include attending to daily unit operations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and assuming leadership duties as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
