Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents in our Household units. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on the day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations and take on leadership responsibilities at the household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
