Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As a full-time LPN, you will work the day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm, providing compassionate and individualized nursing care to our residents. If you are passionate about helping others regain function and vitality, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide comprehensive care to residents in our 40-45 bed long-term care unit and sub-acute rehabilitation facility.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing with less than one year of experience.
- Valid LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
