Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide high-quality and compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Halls Unit is a long-term care unit with sub-acute rehabilitation services. Staff members in Halls must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing support to residents with high complexity needs.
