Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position with day shift hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
