Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide emotional and medical support to our residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
