Job Description
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients, following individualized care plans and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents with a focus on rehabilitation and support.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, monitoring systems, and EKG machines.
