Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Brain Health Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents and patients, helping them regain function and vitality after illness or injury.
Job Summary
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will utilize your nursing principles knowledge and assessment skills to ensure the residents' needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily unit operations, stepping into leadership roles when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
