Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in the Acute Care setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
