Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN-ACUTE at Levindale Hospital Brain Health Unit, you will provide essential nursing care to residents and patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery from life-altering illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specialized fields and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as IV Pumps, Monitoring Systems, and EKG Machines.
