Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a facility that provides post-acute services to help patients recover and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
