Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work in the Skilled Long Term Care unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, assisting in nursing personnel supervision, and contributing to the overall operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
- Attend to daily operations on a per-shift, household level.
- Provide leadership and support to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
