Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, overseeing nursing personnel, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and orient nursing personnel.
- Manage daily operations at the unit level and assume a leadership role.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal working knowledge.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
