Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position in skilled long-term care offers day shift hours and a weekend commitment, emphasizing the importance of providing quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role under supervision.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs.
