Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will be an integral part of our Household unit, providing individualized nursing care to our residents. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Supervise and orient nursing personnel on the unit.
- Assume a leadership role in daily operations at the household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
