Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in supervising and orienting nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations on a household level.
- Assume a leadership role as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
