Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on the day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care.
