Job Summary:
The Household LPN works under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensure residents' needs are met, supervise nursing personnel, and maintain daily unit operations.
Unit Summary:
The Household units offer long-term care, featuring private bedrooms, central kitchens, den areas, and laundry facilities. Specific attention is given to patients with dementia or reduced cognitive abilities.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- Less than 1 year of experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
