Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule.
Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, providing care for residents in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will play a key role in ensuring the residents' needs are met and assisting in the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a formal nursing education equivalent to an Associate's degree, less than one year of experience, and possess a valid license for Practical Nursing along with AHA CPR Certification. Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment are required.
