Job Summary
Join our team at Levindale Hospital, Hall 1, as an LPN-LTC in our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to meet residents' needs. Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that focuses on subacute rehabilitation with a high complexity of needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- State license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
