Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit of Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. Team members in Hall 1 are compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional care and support.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will use your nursing knowledge and skills to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents. You will oversee unit operations, step into leadership roles when required, and contribute to a positive care environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
