Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment from 7:00pm-7:30am, with responsibilities in unit operations and potential leadership roles. Join us in Hall 1, a long-term care unit offering specialized services for residents with high complexity of needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as required and oversee unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills for resident care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of relevant experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in specialized medical equipment and computer systems.
