Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care for residents, participate in daily unit operations, and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and fulfill leadership duties as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Valid LPN license and CPR certification.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and basic computer skills.
