LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule that requires a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. The unit provides daily activities, services, and support to its residents.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will play a crucial role in meeting the residents' needs and ensuring the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
