Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining the daily operations of the unit. The Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Hall 1 offers high-complexity care to residents and requires motivated and caring staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
