Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the unit, demonstrating compassion and dedication to helping those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
