Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-LTC to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at LifeBridge Health. As a Full-time staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This position requires a compassionate individual with basic physical assessment skills and a commitment to meeting the residents' needs.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with a high complexity of needs. Our team members must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing support and services to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience is required.
