Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, ensuring the needs of residents are met.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. We are looking for motivated and dedicated staff to join our compassionate team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attends to the daily operations of the unit and assumes leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
