Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our long-term care unit, you will work the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am with a weekend commitment. You will be responsible for implementing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure the well-being of our residents in Hall 1.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
