Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation. The unit offers residents daily activities and a wide range of support services. Staff members in Hall 1 must be compassionate, motivated, and committed to helping others in need.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
