Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital within the LifeBridge Health organization. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Deliver compassionate care to residents with diverse needs in the subacute rehabilitation unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Certification in AHA CPR is required.
