Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN on Hall 1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Your role will involve providing compassionate care and assistance to residents with a high complexity of needs to ensure their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to meet residents' healthcare needs.
- Maintain daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- AHA CPR Certification and basic computer skills.
- Experience with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
- Less than one year of experience required.
