Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for our residents and ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership role when required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
