Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensure resident needs are met, and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide compassionate care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing License.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others.
