NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism Services, a company committed to providing top-quality services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a New Site Opening Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and operation of new facilities dedicated to helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
• Coordinate with various teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Assess site suitability for new facilities and coordinate operational readiness.
• Manage procurement and installation of necessary supplies, equipment, and technology.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during the staging process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Travel required (approximately 80% of the time).
• Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
• Flexible travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

Role may involve physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and prolonged computer use.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year with a 10% bonus potential based on performance.
