NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join Centria Autism as a New Site Opening Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your key responsibilities will include project management, facility preparation, and ensuring a positive customer service experience for team members. Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, and timely center openings within designated budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings
• Multi-site project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and use of laptop/desktop PC
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel required
• Occasional non-traditional work hours
• Flexible travel schedule

Physical Demands

Physical requirements may include bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and prolonged computer use.

Pay Rate

$70,000 - $90,000 per year with bonus potential of 10% annually based on performance
