Job Description

We are looking for a skilled New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful staging and opening of new facilities that cater to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your role will involve project management, coordinating with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders, overseeing facility preparation, and managing the site opening process. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to guarantee a seamless experience for our clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and assess facilities to ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage procurement and installation of necessary supplies and technology.
  • Lead external staging teams and contractors during the site opening process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Travel requirement of approximately 80% of the time.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
  • Flexibility in travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements may include bending, lifting, and prolonged screen analysis.
